At Spinks and Yates, we give individual attention to each tenant, we're responsive to tenant concerns, and we have a quick response to all repair requests.

Tenant Screening:

Credit checks on all tenants
Personal references verified
Employment verification

Our goal is to offer reasonably priced and well-maintained properties.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm and we have an after-hours drop-box.

Maintenance:

Full time maintenance person for most any job
Tenants call us for all repairs
We strive to have all emergencies fixed immediately and all non-emergencies fixed within 48 hours
