Our reputation for commitment to service, professionalism, and quality has been well established. Our detailed attention to physical appearance, financial management, and our people skills enable our team to provide specialized array of services needed by both owners and tenants.

We manage all types of property including single family homes, apartments, condominiums, commercial, offices, retail, and industrial buildings.

Our office is staffed with a receptionist to answer all calls of concern or inquiry from owners and tenants. Our property manager has been managing property since 1994 and has a four year degree from Georgia State University with a major in real estate. Our bookkeeper has been keeping the books for 40 years and has a degree in office management. She has been with us for over 10 years. Our maintenance person has 20 years experience in construction and is knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, and all general construction issues pertaining to residential and commercial properties.
