An emergency is considered anything that will cause property or bodily damage such as:

Flood
No electricity
Refrigerator Inoperable
No heat if temperature is below 50 degrees
No air conditioning if temperature is above 85 degrees
No hot water
Sewage/toilet stoppage (if your home has only one bath)
Situations where access to your home may be compromised
